Moringa soy (alternative) cream pudding

3 grams of Pure Moringa Powder
10 grams rice syrup (Lima or similar brand quality)
1 soy yogurt (Sojasun or other)
1) Disperse the rice syrup into the soy yogurt, then add moringa powder.
2) Mix well with a silicon spatula, until reaching the consistency of a homogenous cream pudding. Cool in refrigerator for two hours in order to achieve optimal texture.
This recipe is produces a rich and creamy texture thanks to the soy yogurt! The balanced acidity along with the freshness of the moringa powder creates a perfectly complimentary flavor palate with the lightness and sweetness of the rice syrup.
This « cream » pudding is original and bright with green goodness… sure to provide a pleasant surprise to any tasters!
