Moringa Pesto Pasta
400 grams of penne (or pasta of your preference)
Cherry tomatoes, and arugula (optional)
For the pesto:
4 teaspoons of Pure Moringa Powder
25 cl olive oil
1/4 cup of water
50 g pine nuts
80 g grated parmesan
1/4 clove of garlic
1) Cook pasta in a casserole and drain carefully.
2) Mix together in a food processor the ingredients for the pesto (or if a food processor is not available, make sure to mince the garlic beforehand and then mix the ingredients well). Add a bit of water until reaching a creamy consistency.
3) Combine pasta and pesto, and sprinkle in the tomatoes and arugula.
Now it’s ready to serve!
