Thai dessert with Moringa Baobab
Ingredients: Serves 6
2 tablespoons of chia seeds
200ml of coconut milk
2 ripe bananes
1 tablespoon coconut sugar
1 tablespoon of Moringa Baobab powder
Soak chia seeds in 250ml of boiling water for 15 minutes.
Whisk to dissipate any lumps.
Cut the bananas into round slices and cook in the coconut milk for 10 minutes.
Mix in the two mixtures, then add in the Moringa Baobab powder and the coconut sugar. Consume hot or warm!
