A fresh and softly tangy mayonnaise
- 1 egg
- 2 cl oil
- 2 teaspoons of Moringa Baobab
- 2 teaspoons of organic dry powdered mandarin zest (or the zest of an orange)
- Mix the mayonnaise ingredients as if you were making regular mayonnaise (if you prefer to keep mustard in your recipe, use very little).
- Add the Moringa Baobab et the powdered mandarin zest
Pairs excellently with asparagus, white meat or fish
