Ingredients (2 servings):
A filet of fish of your choice
1 tablespoon of oil
200g fresh cream or coconut milk
1 tablespoon of Pure Moringa Powder
1 squeeze of lemon
1 bunch of coriander
Sauté the filet of fish in a pan with a bit of oil
When it is almost cooked through, add in the fresh cream or coconut milk and the Pure Moringa Powder. Mix well until the sauce is entirely green.
Squeeze in some lemon juice to taste and decorate with lemon cut into quarters and coriander. Ready to serve!
