Raw Cacao & Moringa soy dessert pudding

3g of Moringa Pure Powder (by Moringa&Co.)
3g of raw cacao powder (Ecoidées or similar)
10g of rice syrup (Lima or similar)
1 home-made or store-bought soy yogurt
Disperse the rice syrups into the soy yogurt, then add in moringa and cacao powders.
Mix well with a silicon whisk, until obtaining a homogenous, creamy texture. Keep mixture refrigerated for 2 hours in order to obtain its optimal pudding texture.
This dietetic dessert is extremely creamy thanks to the soy yogurt, and also very filling due to its richness in proteins and fiber.
The fresh and slightly acidic flavor of the moringa marvelously complements the lightness of the rice syrup, and the intense aromas of the raw cacao.
