Who Are We?

Over the last 15 years we’ve worked alongside Moringa producers across the globe in order to develop and ensure harvests under ethical and sustainable conditions.

Orange and Green Moringa Curry
(Serves 3-4 people)

Ingredients:
1 cup pink lentils
3 tablespoons of pure Moringa leaves
1/2 sweet potato
1/2 red onion
1 tablespoon Pure Moringa Powder
1 tablespoon curry paste
50 ml coconut milk
A dash of oil
Salt to taste

Directions:
Soak 3 bountiful tablespoons of Moringa leaves in 1/4 liter of boiled water.
Dice or slice the half sweet potato and cook it in the boiling, salted water.
At the same time and in a different pot, cook the lentils in boiling water 3x its volume for about 15 minutes. Drain when the lentils start to become tender but still retain some firmness.
When all of the ingredients are ready, sauté the sliced onion in a bit of oil, add in lentils, sweet potato, drained moringa leaves, coconut milk, moringa powder, and curry paste. Mix well, salt to taste, and sprinkle with some more moringa leaves to decorate!
