Who Are We?

Over the last 15 years we’ve worked alongside Moringa producers across the globe in order to develop and ensure harvests under ethical and sustainable conditions.

Coconut milk and Moringa Pana Cotta
(portion: 12)

Ingredients: 
400 ml of coconut milk
400 ml of rice milk
2 teaspoons of Pure Powder Moringa
5 tablespoons of brown sugar
2 grams of agar
(Note: we suggest against increasing the dose of agar since it will harden your finished results!) 

Directions:
Mix in and boil ingredients together, then bring the mixture to a simmer on low heat for 5 minutes while whisking regularly. Afterwards, divide into custard rims (or other molds of your choice) and leave it to cool in the refrigerator.
